Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal Remediation Project Leader to join our team at TerraTherm, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and task assignments, utilizing your expertise in boiler operation and process equipment management.

About the Role
  • This mid-level position reports to the Operation Field Supervisor and is responsible for the safe operation of boilers and other process equipment on thermal remediation projects.
  • You will lead a team on project assignments, promoting teamwork and positive attitudes among employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain optimal operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment, and adjusting levels as necessary.
  2. Ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying concerns or potential issues, and taking appropriate action to address them.
  3. Perform necessary repairs and replacements, obtain replacement parts, and upgrade components as needed while considering cost and system efficiency.
  4. Work closely with project management and engineering teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of boiler operation experience, preferably licensed Boiler operator.
  • 4-8 years of process equipment operations, mechanical troubleshooting, and/or electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in the environmental remediation industry is highly preferred.

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
