As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized radiology procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Competently perform radiology procedures to produce quality images
- Work independently, exercising sound judgment and clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures
- Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers through competent patient assessment and effective communication
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
- May be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or orienting other staff to the department
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
- CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist (from state where work is being performed)
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 Days of hire
- 2 years recent relevant experience
- General knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles, procedures, views, and equipment
- Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sutter Health offers a competitive hourly rate of $60.81 to $76.00, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
