As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance on equipment, and snow removal. You will also be expected to perform trailer repairs when maintenance duties are complete.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general facilities maintenance, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan
  • Remove snow and ice from facilities and parking areas
  • Perform trailer repairs, including maintenance and repairs of trailers and equipment
  • Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of building maintenance experience
  • Good technical, mechanical, communication, and basic math skills essential
  • Experience following written and verbal instructions
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings
