Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Utility Worker to join our team at the State of Wisconsin. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general building maintenance tasks, including sweeping and scrubbing floors and walls, removing snow and ice, and conducting routine painting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
- Operate a hand-held pressure washer and drive-through bus wash to clean vehicles
- Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Conduct routine painting and touch-up work as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
