Dental Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Jonny Fisher DDS. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing world-class dental care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist and other dental professionals in providing high-quality patient care.
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures, including taking vital signs and explaining treatment options.
  • Assist with dental procedures, such as taking X-rays and mixing materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dental environment, including sterilizing equipment and disposing of waste.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
