Job Overview

Position Purpose

The Public Safety Officer will serve as the primary guardian of safety and security. This role encompasses both external duties, such as patrolling the premises, securing entrances, and addressing concerns, as well as internal responsibilities, including monitoring surveillance systems and responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to incidents as necessary.
  • Provide assistance and information to guests and staff in a professional manner.
  • Document and report any security breaches or safety hazards.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a security role.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Proven skills in crisis management and conflict resolution.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Education & Skills

  • Preferred: Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or a related discipline.
