About the Role

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, you will be responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to ensure the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. You will also make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Compensation

The estimated hourly wage for this role is between $14 and $21 per hour, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
