Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Orchard Park Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with ambulation and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Work under the direction of a licensed nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
  • Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • Current CNA certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
  • Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience.
