Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled full-time Electrical Assembly Technician specializing in harness and connector production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom electrical components and fixtures, adhering to detailed Solidworks 3D designs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Position Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Flexibility in hours may be required to align with the company's strategic objectives.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble mechanical and electronic subassemblies or products.
  • Conduct high and low-voltage product testing.
  • Provide troubleshooting expertise within assembly areas.
  • Perform product testing as part of the final inspection process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
  • Manage raw materials and work-in-progress effectively.
  • Complete necessary production documentation including work orders and quality/testing records.
  • Assist in physical inventory audits by accurately counting and tagging parts.
  • Adhere to established safety procedures and protocols.
  • Implement and uphold departmental policies and standards.
