Project Management Responsibilities:

- Utilize technical, functional, and customer insights to deliver accurate, precise, and implementable requirements/specifications.
- Guide team progress in driving solutions and making informed business decisions.
- Assist in creating feature demonstrations for stakeholders and business partners.
- Identify issues and changes, proposing solutions to leadership.
- Oversee budget and resource planning.
- Stay updated on technology trends (e.g., Cloud, APIs, services, Windows stack, open-source, database technologies, etc.).
- Demonstrate awareness of capability and its platform dependencies.
- Apply project lifecycle knowledge to scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Assess whether basic requirements are being fulfilled.
- Understand effort estimates to complete engineering workstreams.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, regarding decisions, plans, and tasks.
- Minimize jargon to ensure clarity for specific audiences.

- Contribute constructively in team meetings and cross-discipline collaborations.

- Analyze, validate, and assess change requirements.
- Obtain necessary approvals for additional budget requirements for implementing changes.
- Regularly communicate the status of change requests to stakeholders.
- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction through effective resolution of issues.
- Contribute to the creation of proposals aimed at driving service improvement plans.
- Independently resolve tickets while ensuring agreed service level agreements (SLAs) for ticket volume and response times are met.
- Provide support for escalated issues and perform incident and problem management.
- Engage in value-adding activities such as updating and managing the knowledge base, training new hires, coaching analysts, and participating in recruitment efforts.
