Master Painter

Relax & Company is seeking a skilled Painting and Finishes Manager to oversee painting projects from preparation to completion. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a background in painting techniques.

• Manage a team of painters to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments to deliver high-quality results.
• Prepare estimates for painting projects based on client requirements and site conditions.
• Train the paint and finishes staff on the safe use of Company equipment.

• 3-5 years of high-end residential painting experience and project management experience.
• 2-3 years of exterior painting experience.
• 1-2 years of spraying experience.
• Specialty paint and finish techniques are preferred.

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Lead RRP certification.
• Additional painting or construction-related certifications.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work at heights of 60 feet.
• May be asked to lift 80lbs as needed and able.
