As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility and accountability for a patient assignment through the therapeutic use of self and the nursing process.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care to patients and their support systems.
- Assist team members in providing cost-effective and time-efficient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year recent acute care hospital experience and/or previous nursing practice experience.
- California RN license.
- BLS from an AHA recognized training center.
- Associates degree in nursing.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
