Job Title: RN Medical Acute

Job Summary:

The RN Medical Acute will provide direct patient care to patients with acute medical conditions, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
  • Current California RN license
  • 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience
  • BLS certification from an AHA recognized training center
  • Associate's degree in nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
