Job Title:

Speech Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant in Nadine, New Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders in students.

Evaluation and diagnosis involve assessing students' communication skills, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing individualized treatment plans based on these assessments. Your expertise will help us provide the best possible outcomes for our students.

This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective speech and language therapy programs that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students using standardized assessments and clinical observations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each student.
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
  • A valid New Mexico state SLP License is required.
  • You must have strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple caseloads and deadlines.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
