  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Assist with x-ray procedures, collecting and recording patient health histories.
  • Support our infection control officer in developing and implementing infection control protocols.
  • Monitor equipment and handpiece repairs, ensuring our operatory equipment is in good working order.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including autoclave testing and trap cleaning.
  • Assist with monthly supply ordering and support our clinic with recall and treatment plan reports.
  • Adhere to all government and company regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service environment and strong computer skills are essential.
  • An upbeat attitude and outgoing personality are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing patient care and team support.
  • A people person/team player with excellent communication skills.
