Hospital DetailsBallard Rehab Hospital is a 60-bed rehabilitation facility located in San Bernardino, CA. Our hospital provides specialized rehabilitative services to patients recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses.
We strive to help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities, enabling them to return home at their highest level of independence.
As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you can build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist at Ballard Rehab Hospital, you will be responsible for:
- Providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
- Related documentation and communication with healthcare teams.
Functions will be performed under the order of a physician.
Required SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
We prefer candidates with:
- One (1) year of experience in a hospital setting.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Previous hospital experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Posted Total CompensationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, education, and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59.32.
