This exciting opportunity offers the successful candidate a chance to be a key contributor in the development and production of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high-reliability applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the development and production of complex multi-function modules in all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Design and develop circuits, modules, and sub-systems from initial concept through prototyping and full-rate production.
  • Work on complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
  • Act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational products.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers on our team.
  • Contribute to or author proposals and participate in business capture efforts.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers, as well as technicians and manufacturing support personnel.

**Requirements:**

  • BS degree in electrical engineering or a closely related technical field and 5 years of relevant professional engineering experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting RF products and resolving integration issues.
  • Experience with the use of microwave test equipment.
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

**Desired Qualifications:**

  • MS in electrical engineering or a closely related technical field.
  • Relevant experience in the defense electronics industry.
  • Experience with RF design.
  • Knowledge of RF subsystems and hardware, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, low-noise amplifiers, high-power amplifiers, advanced electronic modules, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits.
  • Experience with microwave simulation tools.
  • Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation, including specifications, schematic diagrams, and test data.
