Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

At Advanced Assembly, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support to clients
Requirements:
  • 6 months of professional customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and other customer service tools
