Collections Specialist with Excellent Credit Support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Collections/Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional credit and collections support for our US customer base.
Main Responsibilities:- Making regular collection calls to resolve cash application discrepancies and address customer issues related to billing.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to identify paid machines and update customer and machine files timely.
- Interacting with Regional Managers and sales representatives regarding account status to drive project initiatives.
Requirements:
- An Associate's degree in a business-related field (preferred) or relevant work experience.
- Prior customer service experience with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- A proven track record of resolving complex customer issues and maintaining high levels of confidentiality and trustworthiness.

Compensation:
$62,500 - $72,500 per year based on location and performance.
