Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner
  • Interact with establishment staff, management, and customers to resolve issues as they arise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
  • Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
  • Perform auditing procedures on gaming devices, amusement equipment, and ATMs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Terminal Handler's License - costs covered by company
  • Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow written or verbal instruction
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Computer literacy helpful but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds
