  • Manage production plans, scheduling, and personnel assignments to meet customer demands.
  • Train employees on quality control procedures and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Enter time, data, and other business inputs into our automated system accurately and timely to maintain customer satisfaction and employee morale.
  • Resolve personnel problems by addressing employee complaints and collaborating with HR.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in leading/supervising employees in a manufacturing/light industrial environment.
  • Disciplined approach to managing responsibilities.
  • Proven self-starter looking for autonomy to set and achieve goals.
  • Customer service/relationship management expertise.
  • Flexibility to work on any shift.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
