About the Role:
- Lead a team of inspectors in a manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain customer satisfaction and employee morale.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and improve relationships.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage production plans, scheduling, and personnel assignments to meet customer demands.
- Train employees on quality control procedures and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
- Enter time, data, and other business inputs into our automated system accurately and timely to maintain customer satisfaction and employee morale.
- Resolve personnel problems by addressing employee complaints and collaborating with HR.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in leading/supervising employees in a manufacturing/light industrial environment.
- Disciplined approach to managing responsibilities.
- Proven self-starter looking for autonomy to set and achieve goals.
- Customer service/relationship management expertise.
- Flexibility to work on any shift.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
