Job Highlights:
Epic Travel Staffing is in search of a skilled Echocardiographer for a travel assignment.
Shift Details:
Days, 7 AM - 5 PM, 10x4 schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Wednesdays off
Patient Type:
Outpatients only, no stress testing or on-call duties
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a cardiac sonographer is essential
- AHA BLS certification
- Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in cardiac ultrasound, such as Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
- Completion of a 2-year Allied Health degree and a 12-month CAAHEP accredited program in Ultrasound Technology or Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent education
- Previous healthcare experience such as CNA, EMT, PCA, or similar is preferred
