Position: CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision parts
  • Oversee production processes to guarantee the quality of machined components
  • Make minor adjustments to CNC programming and change out tooling as necessary
  • Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Uphold a high level of quality in accordance with the Quality Management System
  • Provide insights on operational challenges to management
  • Foster effective working relationships with team members and supervisors
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; CNC training is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CNC machinery, tooling, and operational processes
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to manage complex tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with a constructive attitude
