Position Description:

  • Collaborate with project teams to prepare and oversee cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to meet regulatory and reliability standards.
  • Work with internal experts and vendors to enhance technology, integrate software, and explore new solutions.
  • Provide critical insights to project leaders on potential schedule issues, offering guidance on corrective actions and mitigation strategies.
  • Review project changes to assess their impact on the schedule, quantifying and incorporating effects into overall stewardship and reporting.
  • Manage change control, cost reports, and other critical documents in collaboration with project estimators, planners, and client accounting staff.
  • Compile and present monthly progress reports, working closely with client project managers and team leads to meet regulated and non-regulated accounting requirements.
  • Negotiate and facilitate solutions between internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in planning and/or scheduling optimization in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Gas Plant operations and E-maintenance software is a plus.
  • Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, accuracy, effectiveness, and self-confidence.

Position Details:

Location: Tioga, North Dakota

Hitch: 5/2

Pay Rate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Tioga, ND: Relocation required before starting work.

Work Location: In-person
