We are a family-owned and operated grading and utility contractor with over 40 years of experience. We pride ourselves on delivering quality sites to our clients on time and under budget, while maintaining a family atmosphere for our employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for laying underground public utilities, including sanitary sewer, storm drain, and water lines. They must have at least one year of experience in this field and be able to work safely and efficiently in trenches and excavations.

• Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
• Communicate with Foreman as to the daily job specifications.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Performs various skilled tasks associated with utility installation operations.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions and perform other duties as assigned.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
• Report to work at the designated start time.
• Be able to work long hours when required.
• Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Be at least age 18 years of age.
• Prefer a valid NC Driver's License.

Earn an estimated $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience and location.
