Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects, including repairs, renovations, and new construction.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with community goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some vocational course work in business or trades desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrable expertise in maintenance practices, procedures, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
