We are seeking a dedicated Hardside Sales Associate who possesses a passion for customer service and a strong knowledge base in various departments, including Pet Supplies, Plumbing, Electrical, Tools, Farm Equipment, Tack and Animal Care, and Automotive Products. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to all guests.
  • Utilize your knowledge of hardware, tools, and automotive accessories to assist customers effectively.
  • Engage with team members to create a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with general hardware, hand tools, and power tools; experience in plumbing, automotive, and electrical products is advantageous.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive in all aspects of the role, with the ability to develop and communicate merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and information effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical capability to lift and handle products weighing between 20-50 pounds regularly.
