**Job Description**
We are seeking a Housing Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating digital and physical records of all families as required by governing agencies. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to develop service plans based on an assessment of each family's needs, and assist families with referrals to outside agencies for employment, education, parenting, legal, medical, and mental health services.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Maintain and update case files bi-weekly to document progress
* Assist families with moving into permanent housing
* Ensure that clients maintain an open public assistance case
* Adhere to all city and state guidelines for maintaining documents
* Conducts unit inspections
**Qualifications**
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, and familiarity with case management is a plus. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel is also required. Bilingual in Spanish or other language is a plus.
