Job Title: Protein Conjugation Research Scientist

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on the innovation and evaluation of therapeutic agents utilizing protein conjugates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the design and analytical assessment of drug candidates, particularly those involving conjugation techniques.
- Participate in the advancement of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), nucleic acid conjugates (such as siRNA and antisense), and small molecule conjugates.
- Conduct conjugation processes, purification, and detailed analytical characterization of the developed molecules.
- Analyze, interpret, and effectively communicate experimental findings to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain laboratory operations, including the upkeep of instruments and inventory management. Previous experience in bioconjugation is advantageous but not mandatory for application.
Qualifications:
- A B.S. degree (or equivalent) is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Biochemistry
- Protein science
- Conjugation chemistry
- Preparative and/or analytical chromatography
- The successful applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective organizational abilities, excellent communication, and a capacity to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
