About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Court Reporter to capture records for hearings in the Portland area. The ideal candidate will have reporting equipment and be willing to travel for assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality digital recordings of court proceedings
  • Travel to designated locations for in-person hearings
  • Upload and download files, as well as use basic computer functions

Requirements

  • Be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Have reporting equipment, including software, audio interface, and microphones
  • Digital reporting training or relevant experience
  • High degree of professionalism and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Able to upload and download files, and use basic computer functions

Compensation and Onboarding

You will be an independent contractor, compensated on a per hour/assignment basis. Compensation includes half-day/full-day appearance fees and weekly pay via direct deposit.
