  • Evaluate and test products to ensure conformity to safety standards
  • Run processes within a certification laboratory to certify equipment through testing, evaluation, and reporting
  • Develop reports with clients to facilitate easy and rapid data transfer
  • Kick off projects by meeting with clients and communicating informational needs, following up until all necessary information is received
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure conformity
  • Manage files, project tracking spreadsheets, conformity assessment spreadsheets, and client personnel to achieve good results
  • Review information received and compare it to test report forms and standards to develop a full report
  • Troubleshoot nonconforming results, maintain and operate test equipment, and debrief clients on project details
  • Operate programs within OSHA electrical safety programs, site safety programs, and environmental conditions
  • Support clients in conformity changes and follow up on engineering changes to ensure conformity
  • Clearly and accurately report all testing completed and work test reports through the review process
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of military or industry experience with an educational background in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • 1+ years of work experience with Acceptance Testing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Working in an onsite setting
