Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and document user, business, and market requirements and feedback through surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable recommendations identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Conversational Analysis: Engage in conversational analysis to enhance the effectiveness of our AI solutions and analyze complex business problems to be solved with technology, integration, or workflow solutions.
  • Analytics Dashboard Development: Design and implement data collection sources and maintain surveys and interviews to capture user experiences and IT needs. Build, maintain, and update analytics dashboards to track user satisfaction and other performance metrics.
  • Forensic Data Analysis: Conduct forensic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Summarize complex data into understandable formats for stakeholders and assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Recent college grad with a relevant degree in Computer Science/Technology and class projects/internships.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
