Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Willowcrest Health Services. As a member of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients, including assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants and helpers to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident and patient.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to patient safety and confidentiality.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company applications.
