Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. As a Thriveworks clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Alabama
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
