Mosaic Pharmacy Service is in search of a highly skilled, customer-oriented Staff Pharmacist for an exciting new role. Mosaic operates as a closed-door pharmacy that will offer multi-dose robotic packaging for patients across various states.

The Staff Pharmacist will collaborate closely with the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to guarantee safety, precision, and an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
• Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; identifying therapeutic incompatibilities and assessing allergies.
• Dispenses medications by packaging and labeling pharmaceuticals in compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory standards.
• Evaluates and monitors drug therapy regimens for adverse effects, drug interactions, and allergies.
• Provides counseling to patients regarding their medications and offers expertise in the safe administration of prescriptions.
• Directly supervises Pharmacy Technicians and support staff.
• Collaborates with clinical personnel, providers, and other healthcare professionals regarding any medication-related concerns.
• Adheres to all relevant legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Assists the PIC in managing daily pharmacy operations and workflows.

• Aids in motivating, developing, and inspiring the pharmacy team to work collaboratively towards achieving the goals of Mosaic Pharmacy Service while ensuring quality, patient safety, and satisfaction.
