About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a LPN/LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the LPN/LVN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
