About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Technology Analyst to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Consumer Benefit Solutions Business Unit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technology projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the requirements phase of projects, gathering and capturing requirements, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with business product owners and technology teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support the business product owner in managing, refining, prioritizing, and visualizing the product backlog.
  • Document requirements and specifications for existing and new products and carriers.
  • Develop effective solutions that meet business objectives, working closely with the project team and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a business technical analyst or similar role.
  • Good understanding of benefit premiums, payroll deductions for benefit plans, and direct billing.
  • Experience in voluntary benefit programs and/or health insurance technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in Agile methodology of product delivery.
  • Hands-on proficiency with MS Office, Visio, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint.
