Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients, incorporating patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
- Work under the direction of the Nurse Leader, adhering to Corewell Health policies and procedures, and recognizing the impact of nursing care on patient outcomes.
- Partner with patients and families to develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient input and goals.
- Document education and learning in patient records, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
