Teleperformance Customer Service Representative

About the Job
This role involves working in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior representatives, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and contributing to team goals and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, IT/network certifications/degrees preferred, be 18 years of age or older, have proven call center experience, type 25 WPM, be proficient in PC operation and navigation, have entry-level network troubleshooting skills, be able to work independently, have excellent communications skills, both oral and written, ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, stay composed and objective, and have strong listening skills.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
