Occupational Health Nurse Program Manager

We offer a competitive salary of $105,000-$115,000 per year for this exciting opportunity.
Job Description:This position is responsible for managing the occupational health nursing program at our site. You will provide oversight and management of clinical staff and operations in conjunction with the Site Occupational Medical Director (SOMD) and the Nursing Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the occupational health nursing team
- Providing direct nursing care, as needed
- Conducting initial health assessments and screenings for injuries, illnesses, and mandated occupational exams
- Cordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate and high-quality care is consistently provided
In addition, you will be responsible for staying current with occupational health nursing best practices and relevant regulations, ensuring organizational compliance. You will also support recruitment/retention efforts for nursing staff and participate in the development/implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience, including at least 2+ years of management experience
- Current, valid unrestricted Washington state RN license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
