Position Overview:
This role is essential for maintaining the IT and Telecommunications framework across various departments, ensuring that the use of hardware, software, and communication systems aligns with Volt's global IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with IT services, including design, operations, and service desk, to achieve agreed service levels.
- Foster and maintain relationships between IT and business units, establishing yourself as a recognized partner in delivering IT services.

Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk environment.
- Proven experience in supporting clients, servers, and communication equipment, preferably Cisco.
- Knowledge of VMware ESXi / VCenter and Windows Server.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking and CITRIX; MS Remote Access.
- Strong skills in IP networking administration, including DNS and DHCP.
- Experience with security and compliance tools (e.g., MECM, WSUS, CrowdStrike).
- Proficient in Active Directory, GPO, and policy design.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems 7-10.
