About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse-Woundcare Specialist to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse-Woundcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients with wound care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the wound care specialty
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex wound care needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance wound care services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in wound care nursing
- Certification as a Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) or Certified Ostomy Care Nurse (CCON)
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $77.46 - $94.55 per hour, depending on experience. The Mount Sinai Health System offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
