Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Technician II. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on all equipment, as well as maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine mechanical, electrical, and electronic preventative maintenance on plant equipment, chillers, boilers, HVAC, general lighting, air compressors, hydraulic systems, and overhead doors.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive individual who is willing to expand current skill set, through schooling and training.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with others at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred.
  • HVAC journeyman or 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of previous experience working in a trade industry as an Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance Technician.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Strong computer, math, analytical, and planning skills.
