About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to join our team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their personal dance goals, and enhancing their lives through the transformative power of dance.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for dance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with students of all ages. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to excellence and pursuing a life of purpose through dance.

As a Fred Astaire Certified Dance Instructor, you will have access to top-level national dance coaches, expert training programs, and opportunities to compete and earn championship titles and prize money. Our compensation plan includes a salary commensurate with experience, multiple opportunities to earn bonuses, and benefits such as PTO/Vacation, Continuing Education, Health and Wellness Benefits, and relocation expense reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct private and group dance classes

  • Work with students of all ages
  • Participate in events and activities such as group and private lessons, performances, parties, and competitions
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about dance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work with students of all ages
  • English speaking, even if not first language
