  • Primary Duties:
  • Delivering high-quality imaging in accordance with the specified examination, and documenting any discrepancies.
  • Prioritizing patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures to reduce potential risks.
  • Determining optimal positioning for patients and providing necessary radiation protection.
  • Adhering to established medical and surgical aseptic protocols.
  • Executing all required quality control assessments as instructed.
  • Keeping precise records and logs of procedures.
  • Engaging professionally with patients and their families.
  • Exhibiting expertise in operating departmental equipment and assisting colleagues.
  • Accurately entering patient data and examination details into the electronic health record system.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace following each shift.
  • Complying with and maintaining patient confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of an AMA-accredited radiology training program.
  • At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technician.
  • Current certification with ARRT.
  • BLS certification.
