Job Summary
Management Controls, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to forecast and support hiring needs throughout the company.
  • Maintaining all internal job descriptions and posting job openings on various job boards.
  • Screens resumes, conducts phone interviews, and coordinates interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate records and providing recruiting metrics.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Familiarity with HR software or an applicant tracking system.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR-related role with a customer-service mindset.
