Role Overview
In Providence Home and Community Care, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Leader to join our team. As a Home Health Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating multidisciplinary home health services for our clinical team. This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise between Access Data Entry, Scheduling, Quality, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate home health services for the clinical team.
  • Liaise between Access Data Entry, Scheduling, Quality, and clinical staff.
  • Provide communication, information, and tools necessary to maintain best practices in all team roles.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare-related field
* Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
* 3 years of experience in nursing or rehab field

Benefits

Our base pay range is $45.28-$71.66 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
