The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating compelling interiors of the highest quality from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
  • Select and manage all FF&E, including architectural materials, furnishings, fabrics, lighting, and art
  • Produce interior architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Develop clear and detailed finish schedules
  • Present design concepts to clients using software such as PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Excel
  • Lead and manage a small team of Associate/Junior interior designers
  • Collaborate with architects, lighting designers, audio/video contractors, developers, builders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited program
  • Minimum 5 years of interior design experience
  • LEED certification a plus
  • Active membership in ASID, IIDA, or AIA
  • Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and 3D rendering a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
