Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patrons visiting the store, which includes welcoming them, managing phone inquiries, and understanding their needs in a friendly manner.
  • Address questions and resolve customer issues and concerns effectively.
  • Engage in promotional activities to attract new clientele by representing the brand both inside and outside the retail space.
  • Support all operational functions within the retail establishment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked environment for customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Be willing to travel within a 15-mile radius from your home store for shift coverage.
  • Collaborate with store management in the opening, closing, and daily operations of the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory management, and deposits as per operational standards.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and transactions following company guidelines.
  • Ensure the upkeep of store appearance, storage areas, restrooms, and personal workspaces.
  • Foster customer confidence by ensuring their experience is pleasant and straightforward while fulfilling their needs.
  • Assist with additional tasks, duties, or projects as directed by management.
  • Must be capable of working shifts that range from 4 to 12 hours while standing on the sales floor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail settings and customer service.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Professional demeanor with an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling.
