Position Overview

Daystar Property Services LLC is looking for a committed Facilities Maintenance Associate to support two residential communities. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the upkeep of shared outdoor spaces, maintaining swimming facilities, and providing assistance to the Maintenance team with various responsibilities. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's maintenance experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Must possess reliable transportation as travel between locations is necessary.
  • Ability to successfully complete a drug screening and background investigation.

Physical Requirements

  • Job involves sitting, walking, using hands, reaching, communicating, bending, lifting, and requires finger dexterity and hand coordination, along with specific visual capabilities.
  • This is a safety-sensitive role - use of marijuana is prohibited.

Work Conditions

  • Exposure to challenging environments, including extreme temperatures, moisture, mechanical components, heights, fumes, chemicals, various weather conditions, electrical risks, and vibrations.
